The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has begun the question papers observation process for the CA November 2023 exams. Candidates who appeared for the exams can submit their feedback on the question papers till November 25, 2023.
Candidates can submit their observations on the question papers of the CA Intermediate and CA Final exams. The observations can be submitted online or offline.
To submit observations online, candidates need to visit the ICAI website and click on the “Exam Feedback” link. They will then need to provide their login credentials and select the exam for which they want to submit feedback.

To submit observations offline, candidates need to write a letter and send it to the following address:
The Secretary The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ICAI Bhawan, Post Box No. 205 Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110 002
The letter should contain the following information:
- Candidate’s name
- Candidate’s registration number
- Exam paper code
- Question number
- Observation
The ICAI will review all the observations submitted by the candidates. If any errors or discrepancies are found in the question papers, the ICAI will take appropriate action.
