Malad Bank Clerk 2024 Salary:
The appointed candidate will undergo a probation period of six months, receiving a fixed monthly pay of Rs. 20,000/-. Upon confirmation, the regular salary will be approximately Rs. 30,000/- per month. The duration of the probation period will be determined by the bank based on the candidate’s performance and attitude. After confirmation, the gross salary will be around Rs. 30,000/- per month, along with eligible perks and facilities provided by the bank. The selected candidate will be required to sign a bond committing to remain in the bank’s service for at least two years. If the candidate chooses to resign within this period, they must compensate the bank with a payment of Rs. 50,000/-.
